: Family house located on street end in quiet area surrounded by gardens. Rented three rooms in first floor with separate access from house entrance hall are spacy, clean, equipped with modern furniture. Shared bathroom with toilet and additional separate toilet are clean and modern, cleaning every day. Fully equipped kitchen, wide offer of drinks and snacks (1-2 EUR each). Ideal for family or group of friends with renting all three rooms, but even for individual guests is it fine, each room is accessible from corridor and privacy is secured. Nearby several pubs and restaurant (10-15 minutes walking), two bakeries with perfect breakfast options and nice wellness resort in the city. Dusseldorf Messe 40 minutes by car, Koln centre 20 minutes, train connection available as well.

: The location is really good. Just few minutes to town. A safe neighbourhood.
: I only wished the room on the left had enough lighting and a balcony. Otherwise it was really clean and beautiful.

: A very well-kept, small scale "pension". Friendly welcome, easy check-in/out and convenient. Spotlessly clean! A small but nice selection of snacks and drinks at very reasonable prices (self-service).
: It was a very hot day so the room was quite warm but clever windows with blinds kept most heat out, and the provided fan and better night temperature helped a lot.

: Calm place, The location is good, near (on the way) to Cologne, it is easy to get there by car and a parking lot near the house.
: The apartment is on the second floor, but this is not a problem to get there. Only one minus (disadvantage), is that there is a shared kitchen and shared bathroom for three bedrooms.
