  : Overall the apartment was very clean (except inside the oven which could easily be overlooked) . The location was nice and it came with parking which in downtown Beaune can be an issue. Washer worked well and there was coffee for the first morning. Toilet paper and paper towels were provided along with basic toiletries a nice touch. A/C worked great
  : It is really 3.5 flights of stairs from street level but 1 from courtyard so when they say one be warned. Too many stairs!! and not disclosed. Kitchen had only one dish towel and really sparce supplies (no spatula, cooking knife and worn pans). No closets just drawers in bedrooms. While stylish the furniture is not at all convertible at the end of a long day- felt like IKEA dorm room stuff. Wooden arms, short seating- no place to lounge at the end of the day. We ultimately left early and stayed only 4 nights of the week to get someplace more comfortable. We left a ton of food behind as we just didn't bother cooking it.

  : Location very good. Quiet yet near center of activity. Clean. Beds comfortable.
  : Very awkward to have to pick up and drop off keys at a different location, a 10 minutes from unit, especially with baggage. Need to climb four separate flights of stairs to get to unit. No closet. No spoons, wine opener ( even though bottles of wine were for sale in the apartment), or cutting knife. Doorknobs fell off doors. Host was told about these things but did nothing except to convey apologies. No instructions on how to use TV, appliances ( we did find instruction manuals for appliances on top of fridge at the end of our stay) , what to do with trash, taxis, etc., helpful information that most hosts provide.

  : Very central, well equipped, comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony.
  : Hard to find anything but did feel floors were quite dusty in places. Otherwise very clean though.

  : great location- quiet neighborhood. Detailed instructions given for collecting keys and for parking. Great to have A/C when we were there.
  : could have used more kitchen utensils and silveware/plates and coffee pods
