: A lot of space in the the house and the owner was very nice and helpful
: The only thing that I didn't like was there were no TV'S in the bedrooms. Which is really no big deal other than my kids like to watch tv as the fall asleep

: Loved the fire pit and the gas stove kitchen looked nice and floors looked nice
: The house wasn’t very clean and kept up covers and pillows had stains kitchen stove needed cleaning floors were nasty if you walked around inside the house barefoot feet would be extremely dirty! Me and other guest slept on top of covers because we were worried about cleanliness. Only had 3 washcloths for 10 guest had to purchase more! Also ran out of tissue showers needed cleaning and needed dusting under and on furniture. Outside furniture filthy also

: It was centrally located to Hilton Head and Savannah. The neighborhood was relatively quiet
: The shower didn’t drain properly as well as the kitchen sink, the ice maker didn’t work, although the owner had some guys come in to fix it the day before we left. There was a stale smell in the home, as if no one had been there in quite some time, the blinds didn’t shut properly. There were patches on the wall that probably covered up some holes. It was definitely overpriced based on the amount of issues.

: The location was great, was less than 10 minutes from Parris Island.
: The code was not accurate and the shower as well as the kitchen sink did not drain without a lot of plunging. Master bathroom shower never got hot water. The hallway bathroom also had some damage. The house wasn’t as updated as displayed in the photos. It was neat but not as clean as I would have thought. The outside trash can was filled and there was no information about trash days. The roku tv lacked information for us to be able to use it.
