: I love the location. The room was clean. The AC would freeze up if you set below 70deg. Also the toilet handle had to be jiggled to stop the toilet from running. The caulking in the tub was black with mildew. This is delayed maintenance. The location is great. The rooms are nice. For the price I would expect to not have the issues above. All of the items are easy to fix.
