  : The heating system and available hot water.
  : The general comfort of the furniture was very poor, there was no comfortable place to sit. The bathroom sink did not drain water away as it should. The toilet did not flush after the first flush without waiting upto 20 minutes wait needed, not acceptable. The bed was so poor both my wife and I were unable to sleep in it, the bed wetting protectors were very noisy and one could liken it to sleeping inside a crisp packet. The mattress offered no support and left you with back pain. After the second night it was so bad we left the house and went home to get a good nights sleep.
