  : Only good thing is that its quiet ( because its in a village) and they have beer.
  : in one room we had only 2 small towels, there was no hot water when we arrived ( the people at reception said they only started the water heater 1 hour before), in one room we found chips and ciocolate between the beds ( so not very well cleaned), door from shower was falling apart, we could talk to the neighbours very well through the walls ( no sound insulation),

  : Poor breakfast choices and questionable hygiene. Room walls too thin, you could hear everything. Hot water present in the shower only.

  : We were in Bazna as part of a charity walk and decided, last minute, to stay in the village. I liked that it was simple to book immediately and that the listing showed that pets were welcome at no extra cost. We had our 2 (very well behaved and clean) dogs with us.
  : I didnt like that, on arrival, when we said we had our dogs that the receptionist told us that there would be an additional cleaning charge of 50 lei (10) for having our dogs. I disputed this saying the listing showed there was no extra charge. However the receptionist said it was a recent policy and they hadnt updated Booking.com about it. I was not happy about this at all and had specifically chosen this hotel as it accepted pets at no extra charge.The room was to be paid for at check out.I then looked at the site for the hotel itself and saw that it also stated pets were welcome at no extra cost.The room itself was fine. Small but comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable but certainly not spotless.My wife was undertaking a solo charity walk so set off at 5am and I s was meeting her at 8 in another village. I wanted to check out at 7am to be there in time (the listing stated check it was from 4am - 11:30am). However, when I went to the reception there was no one there. I called the phone numbers on the door repeatedly and could hear a phone ringing behind the desk but no one appeared until around 7:30.As a result of this I did not get to liaise with my wife to re supply her on her walk as she was on a strict schedule and couldnt wait for me.I was not asked to pay this additional 50 lei cleaning charge in the end (and, after looking at the hotel website and the cleanliness and size of the room I was going to refuse to pay anyway). So I can only assume that this is not, actually, a hotel policy but was, rather, a little side hustle from the receptionist (the same man on both occasions).So, in short, the hotel was fine as a single night accommodation, water was hot and beds comfortable enough. But the enjoyment was marred by the poor service and attempt to extract more money than was due (this cleaning fee would have been an additional 1/3rd of the cost of the room) of the individual on the desk, which was unacceptable.
