  : The indoor pool was the only thing we enjoyed and the customer service was great
  : The hotel was old and needed extensive work. Had a bad smell to it and did not seem safe.

  : Hot tub and pool actually were open
  : Wall paper peeling every where, carpets in hallways are past their usefulness, general lack of placing being kept up. Homeless people came off the street to eat the free breakfast , that was sad.

  : The room was extremely clean & comfortable! The spa & pool were nice as well.
  : Breakfast stopped way too early & most of the evening hours, there was no staff at the desk. Our key didn't work & no one to be found for nearly an hour. When someone did show up, they said I should have called the # taped to the window....but couldn't, my phone was in my room

  : The shower was good....the heat/ac worked fine.
  : Only 1 caffeinated coffee packet. Took me awhile to realize the light switch by the door controlled the lamp in the far corner of the room & the coffee pot. Alarm clock was inop. Bed was rather lumpy. Office chair was worn out & should be replaced in my opinion. Other chair was just down right uncomfortable. Very hard to understand the clerk on duty through the bulletproof style glass. I know I was told there would be a $50 refundable security deposit put on my card, and upon checking out was told it would be refunded the following day. Now, 2 full days later at home, I'm not seeing the $50 charge on my card, nor a refund. All I can do is monitor my statement daily to see what transpires. The worst thing is there were no close by restaurants. Had to order from Dominos. I was quite happy to still see my motorcycle in the parking lot when I walked out in the morning. THAT was the highlight of my stay there.
