  : - location was good, close to Batsi port and beach- owners are friendly and helpful
  : - Rooms are very very basic and often uncomfortable (e.g. mattresses) with old furniture (e.g old and noisy fridge)- our kitchen was full of ants, not much changed after we pointed it out- the price per night (90) is definitely too much for what you get

  : Close to everything, Maistrali are two nice looking traditionally rendered blocks of budget studios, located in a quiet dead end laneway back two streets from the beach front. It's a great place as you can pop back to your studio to have a snack or a nap, then return refreshed to the beach or one of the lovely shops or to the many places to eat. The communal grassed area is well kept, with a shaded outdoor seating area, good location to watch children playing. Our studio had views towards the water and hillside, was tidy and clean, had a good size fridge, functional bathroom and air-conditioner to budget standard. Were able to sleep often without air conditioning at night as the valley has a natural cool breeze this time of year. Perfect.
  : Wifi poor, but good enough for emails, searches for Ktel bus timetable and a bit of YouTube. Suggest visiting a cafe on the beach front for better wifi. Could see rubbish bins are emptied often on the beach front. But big bins located at the edge of car park (back street Chryssi Akti end) have no specific recycling bin. Would be good to have a recycling bin visible and close to beach front like those on the main road.
