  : This is more of what I didn’t like…I was charged for this room although no one ever checked in. I booked this room for my 19yr old son who was in town attending LSU. His apartment had a power outage. I live out of town so I booked this room for him so he wouldn’t have to sleep in his car. Once he got there he was informed that he wasn’t old enough to check in . I immediately called the property and spoke with the manager Narissa . She told me that b/c he was only 19 he couldn’t check in . She also assured me that she would cancel the room which she did and sent me an email confirming the cancellation. However booking.com says that she has/will not confirm the cancellation email that they sent to her. I even came in town and contacted her to see if she would like me to come there and we contact them together. She told me that she was busy with check outs but promised me that she would take care of it . It’s has bees month now and she hasn’t. I spoke with booking.com and they told me all she needed to do was respond to their email to confirm the property canceled. Still nothing!
  : I’m very disappointed b/c this is the property that my family and I always stays at when we come there . In fact that’s why I chose this one for my son. Had I know there was an age restriction I wouldn’t have booked there. I had to pay for him another room that night at a different hotel. I called her for days later all for her to never do what she said… I’m very disappointed!
