  : The ladies at the front were very nice & helpful! The bed was very comfortable and the pillows super soft.
  : The halls were hot like no AC was on. The AC was completely off when we got in the room (it’s Louisiana heat, they should NOT be off) so the room was smothering hot. The shower water would not warm so I had to take a cold shower.

  : Front desk workers were great, the check in process was quick and easy. Room was cold when we entered. The bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was open a 6am and the ladies greeted us when we arrived. I normally get up early and the coffee was ready and hot.
  : It was difficult to drive into the grounds and drop off or pick up the luggage, paying extra for parking in the garage across the street. trash in the trash can when we entered the room, did they really clean the room? no drain cover in the sink, toilet did not flush properly. shower water was warm at best, did not get hot. Only Omelette available is with cheese. I don't eat cheese with my omlette.
