  : The location was fine, only a 15 minute train ride into Edinburgh. It is situated above takeaway shops so the smell of food was present. It is a very spacious property, however space could have been better utilised with a double bed in one of the bedrooms instead of twin singles in both rooms.
  : Poor tv coverage, intermittent internet access, lack of bath linen. One of our group slipped on the floor while getting out of the shower and fell, twisting her knee and incurring serious bruising. This would have been avoided with the additional bath linen being provided.Tea, coffee and sugar was provided however the coffee was solid in the container provided and was unusable. Milk not provided but would have been welcomed.The entrance stairs were uninviting, with a smell of urine - looked like carpet tiles had been removed and not replaced. The door into the unit was really dirty and marked.While the inside of the property was generally clean, there were places that had been overlooked, such as the shower and parts of the kitchen (around the fridge).

  : The staff controlled the temperature of the heaters and the time when they were put on. The shower did not work well (it went hot and cold) and there was a single bed to sleep in.
