Very Good

: Location was perfect. 5 mins to the waters edge and parks. 2 mins from all the shops, pubs and cafes. Such a clean ans lovely outdoorsy place. Perfectly located to get the boat around the water and we did the cat bells walk with our child and dogs. Family suite room had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom and was very spacious and with great views and quiet being on the top floor. Andy was a great host who ran the place and even let us park on his drive for the few days we was there. Great place and would defo stay again.
: The only down side was that due to covid and staffing issues, there was no breakfast included or available at the house. But with so many places to eat just out the front door we wasnt too bothered by this. Also there was about 50 steps up to the top floor suite that we had which might be a problem for older or disabled people but again wasnt a problem for us as we was there for walking and hiking so a few steps wouldnt put us off. If anything it just made our room quieter and better views of the sun sets.
