  : nothing rooms were dirty bathrooms as well. No keys available . I was offered other room which was also dirty. Other people wete showing up and looking at same rooms I was told to. I called on call person and cancelled my reservation . I am waiting for my deposit back. That was really bad business. The pictures online do not look anything like the place. Thank god i another hotel had a room available.

  : When we got there, no one to greet us, the property manager said emergency with housekeeping. So we got a single room, dirty sheets, and a dirty bathroom. I called the property manager, and nothing. Then he texted me to try #3. Same thing dirty floor, not made-up beds. I had to use my own blanket in the car to cover my sons bed so he would be warm. My bed was freezing. There were bugs alive and dead. The spa was not available for use, nor was the pool. The actual mini cottage 2 bedroom with kitchen terrace had dirty beds, floors, and no kitchen to use. We brought food and had no fridge to store it, so we had to toss it. I am lactose and tolerant, so I brought up almond milk at $4.50 or something. Had yo toss it. We got a refund, but it took me two days on my only vacation to get better sleep and pay another 200 to get a clean Inn. Horrible experience. The staff at the Barlett Inn were non-existent. If my place needed to be cleaned and there was no housekeeping, you bet I would be there scrubbing the place clean because families are important to me.

  : staff was not available and not responsive. a mountain of garbage in front of main office.

  : it was quite and had plenty of room to walk around. I wasn’t a fan of the inside at all the bathroom was super nice.
  : very out dated on the inside. cracks in the walls and doors. no tv in the rooms, the beds where very basic and uncomfortable and the blankets where super thin. Couldn’t control the heat of the room, either to hot and stuffy or cold. There was poop in the toilet, trash in the trash can in the bathroom, less then a half a roll of toilet paper and no xtra. Water went cold before the tub filled up. no tvs in the room. For almost $200 a night I was disappointed.

  : The lady running the Inn was very nice and tried to accommodate us. With teenagers, no AC, no Internet, and no phone service, they were not happy. Therefore, she offered gaming systems and did try to reset the internet.
  : Location was convenient. However, buyer beware! The place is for sale. It is advertised as having a pool (closed), AC (non-existent) and internet (it was down). It was very dirty, and mildew was present in the bathroom. When we arrived the door to our cabin was wide opened. My grandsons refused to go in because of all the bugs inside.
