Policies

WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 12 per person per stay when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of 17.85 Euro per person or bring their own.
Please note that from May 2022 construction work will be taking place on the neighboring property and noise could be heard in some rooms.
