  : The house was freshly renovated and all furniture were comfortable; The staff were very friendly and eager to help. The coffee machine was broke and they replaced it within 15 minutes of us reporting it was broken. WiFi was provided free of charge, even though on the website, it is stated that we had to pay. That was a nice extra.
  : It would have been good to have some liquid soap provided in the bathroom, toilet and kitchen, especially with the current COVID situation. We had to bring our own hand soap and that was a bit strange.

  : Nice location for family, our 2-years-old son was able to play in the green area outside the house. There's a good number of things to do for children: swimming pool, playground, soccer game area, etc. The wi-fi connection worked well and the bungalow we got was clean and comfortable overall.
  : When we arrived the heater was set at 16.5 degrees and the thermostat had some defect so we couldn't adjust it to get the room warmer. We noticed that around 18:00 or so in the time that reception was already closed. We called the only number available and the man that picked up the call was not really helpful, making jokes of us as if we didn't know how to use the thermostat. He came and checked after 30min. When he left the temperature started to drop again, we tried to call him and he started to doubt again if we were saying the truth. Eventually he came again and realized that indeed there was an issue with the heating system. All and all, we were pretty disappointed by the type of jokes we heard and the fact that our request was not taken seriously from the start.

  : 4 nights stay in a double room and you get 1 toilet paper, 1 pair of towels and the smallest trashbin possible for whole stay...nobody comes to clean the room for whole stay so you have to do it yourself...though there are no trashbins around so u have no place to empty the bin. It states soundproofing rooms but i i never saw noisier rooms than this. You can hear what the people in other room are talking about so you don't even get good sleep.

  : Great breakfast ordered a day before at the local bakery! Definitely recommended! Location is amazing, bungalow very cosy and very practical (dish washer product, trash bag, sponge, tea and coffee for nespresso machine are all provided). Loved it!
  : Check-in at 15:00 sharp (not 5 before) and yet had to wait 30 to get to the bungalow because not ready. Once ready, had to get the personnel again to provide bedlinnen for 2 out of the 4 beds. Not a problem, but just slight hassle when you travel alone w 3 kids

  : Very good location, great size of the accommodation, satisfy equipments in the accommodation, pool, clean area, nice garden, beautiful place and village. We loved Holland!!!.
  : Lack of air-conditioning in the apparent, no maintenance contact person after 17:00, reception not available after 17:00, no English announcements in phone, we asked for cleaning service but no one came.
