: Owner was very friendly and very helpful and there was a washing machine for laundry on site
: We booked this place for the kitchen so we could save some money by cooking at home but there was no oven and only a tiny refrigerator.

: The property is about 15 minutes to the city. It has private parking. The apartment has everything needed even for a long stay. The owner has helpful with advices de suggestions.

: Once an interpreter came, it was a very nice experience with a friendly host. It was a nice, freshly decorated apartment. It had air conditioning but not enough to really keep the whole apartment cool. It was still 27 - 29C. I'm from Iceland and we don't often get temps over 20C. I was upset with this at the time but our later experiences of accommodation in the South of Italy where that there are very few places with air conditioning, I realised just how much luxury this was.
: We spent 1 hour trying to get the host to open the gate. We phoned her but she did not speak English. I tried many ways to ask her to come and open the gate as the bell system did not work. After 1 hour we gave up as I had to drive to Bari airport to pick up my husband. In the meantime, we called a friend in Iceland who speaks Italian and got him to contact the host, who then contacted her friend who speaks English who contacted us and told us that we were at the wrong gate. There was no info that there were 2 gates into the gated community. I think their gated community is number 226 but google maps kept taking us to 224. The first gate after 224 has a sign on it saying 226, but this is the gate we were stuck at for an hour. If you continue on about another 100meters you will come to another gate that has a guard.
