  : Excellent location right on the beach; very peaceful. It is very spacious and has basic necessities. Good location as easy to get to shops and restaurants up the hill or restaurants on the beach.
  : Missing a hairdryer and some kitchenware could be upgraded as very used. Nothing that ruined the holiday though.... just suggestions.

  : The house has an excellent position few seconds from the sea and also from the public pool. The shops are around together with restaurants and bars (few mins walk). The location was silent and felt safe. The house was clean and spacious. We stayed one week and the cleaning lady came also in the middle of the week to change towels and beds and clean the house. We had few enquiries and received immediate assistance which was much appreciated. We enjoyed our vacation very well. Thank you.
  : The house was not ready when we arrived even though we shared the arrival time in advance. We expected to find basic ingredients such as sugar, salt, pepper, oil which was not there. Due to the seaside humidity and environment there was a bit of mold in one room and the wooden furniture smelled a bit.

  : The location was fantastic. Perfect seafront location and a couple of minutes walk to the communal swimming pool - Great - With wonderful staff at the bar & restaurant. The bedrooms and living area very spacious. Easy reach of restaurants and bars in surrounding area.
  : There was only one Bathroom with bath and shower and it was very small / tight fit .

  : Great place to stay. House by the beach, very practical and beautiful beach (barbati). We mentioned that our main concern was cleanliness, and they assured that the house will be clean at our arrival and it was the case, and a cleaning lady was sent to clean the house in the middle of our stay, which is also greatly appreciated. Elena was of a big help and was always available to answer our questions/requests. We totally recommend.

  : Its a spacious beachfront townhouse in a so-called Barbati Riviera, so the territory is closed to public and quite calm and quiet. The pebble beach is clean, there were hardly any people in September. The host is very responsive.
  : A heavy smell of mold in the main bedroom. You can also see traces of black mold right behind the bed, and it beats all the good points of the property.When we arrived, the kitchen was not cleaned properly. It smelled heavily like chlorine, and we had to clean it off thoroughly before we could cook a meal for our baby. My mom did not put on rubber gloves, and got an eczema on her hands right away - god knows what kind of detergent has been splashed all over the place. True, we requested an early check-in, so we arrived quite early. But the arrival time was confirmed, so its a lame excuse for such a mess (and we waited in the parking nearby for 40 minutes anyway). If I were the owner, I would change the cleaning/managing company. It could be an ideal vacation spot if maintained properly.
