  : the room was nicely big, with a nice view, and medium location.
  : Did you ever sleep on cardboard? that is the feeling. The indoor pool was cold. WIFI didn't work properly in our room. Breakfast is poor, dinner too.

  : nice SPA, spacious common areas, comfortable and well equipped ski storage. Perfect location near gondola and all the attractions of Bansko are within walking distance.
  : we took half board and the food in the restaurant was not at level of the hotel. Especially the dinner was very poor and untasty. the breakfast was more or less ok. the staff in the restaurant was not kind and we had to call for the manager twice.

  : the property was in a great location for both the gondola and the old town.
  : well where to start.. staff were rude. beds were terrible, no lifts to rooms, so we had to carry gear up and down stairs.I read reviews saying the food was terrible, I didnt believe it could be that bad! it was, it was worse, breakfast there was always something to fill you, but evening was definitely inedible. my wife daughter have also returned with nits .there are signs in all the lifts saying pay contactless where possible and then the bar man refused to take card, he told us we had to walk to a cash point or not have a drink!!all in all the the stay here was pretty hard work!! I wouldnt recommend.however please do not let this put you off Bansko, as the skiing and town bug were both great!!
