  : - First is the low price for the accommodation with half board which attracted us in the first place- The large apartment we stayed in- The fact that is closed to the end of the touristic resort, on the way to Bunderishka and Shilgarnika ski lifts. I recommend to go directly to one of these locations to avoid the long lines for the gondola down in the center of the town and save a few hours every day- The SPA that we enjoyed after a long day on the slope
  : - The cleaning and the higiene are awful. The is mold, dust and old dirt absolutely everywhere: in the rooms, in the bathroom, in the SPA etc. There are places the hadn't be cleaned for months or even years, like under the couches. Also, during our 7 night staying the never cleaned the place, only changed the sheets 2 times and the towels 3 times.- Also the lack of confort. The toppings on the beds were smaller than the matresses and they put the sheets only on the toppings which was very uncomfortable and unhygienic.- The maintenance of the building. The heat radiators did not work well and kept falling off the wall. The electric cables ware poorly isolated. The sealing in the SPA was broken.- The food was mid to low in quality- The SPA was openned only until 7PM. The saunas didn't worked properly, the temperature was too low.

  : Family run hotel and all staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size with a double bed, table and chair, sofa and balcony. Check in and out was really easy, bag storage was helpful due to our late flight.
  : Swimming pool and jacuzzi could have done with a deep clean and the steam room wasn't very hot/steamy.
