  : Very adorable apartment. Great value. Lovely surroundings. Very nicely decorated with top of the line appliances. Excellent staff willing to answer questions. They are friendly and accommodating.
  : Easily can hear people and dog from above unit. No AC. It was too hot especially in the bedroom area even with fans. Porch furniture needs cleaning.

  : Super excited to visit Lees-McRae for orientation with our son. The spoonful of sugar was the perfect spot for us to be close to our him during his stay on campus. The condo is decorated quite chic and has all the amenities one would need. We had a little issue upon arrival yet the staff was very helpful to assist and remedy promptly. We will definitely return for a visit.
  : All was great minus the visitors upstairs foot noise through the thin ceiling.
