Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : near the beach,the fire place and fire wood, crabing pier.
  : they need new furnitures and new towels, sheets and pilows for the rooms.

Good
Traveller Type:
  : Comfortable beds. Well supplied kitchen and baths.
  : Futons were uncomfortable for sitting and the brown one has a broken corner that is very dangerous. It has a piece of sharp metal sticking up high enough to cause injury if sat on.

  : Location was great. Has plenty of supplies and appliances. Great little house close to beach. I wish I'd known there was a BBQ there, as we ended up bringing one.
  : Kitchen chairs not comfortable, but it's nice having so many of them. Lawn mowing/weed eating when I was trying to take a nap, but that isn't anyones fault.

  : Very thoughtful touches from a well supplied kitchen(including coffee and popcorn) to a good supply of firewood.
  : No to nit pick but some smaller kindling wood have been nice to get the fire going.

  : This was a beach house, no meals were included.
  : The house was not very clean. The upstairs bathroom had short hair, like someone cleaned their razor, around the sink. The dining table was sticky around the edges. It was easy to wipe off but that tells me that it was not cleaned very well

  : Excellent decor. Well equipped with all we needed. Could be freshened up. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again when in town.
  : Shower on first floor a bit slippery. Used a towel as mat. Fixed the issue.

  : The access to the beach was perfect. No long flights of stairs to get down to the beach. The house would be perfect for groups of eight. The sofa and futons were not all that comfortable to sit on but perfectly serviceable.
  : A more comfortable sofa wouldve been nice and reading lights by the sofa.

  : the location was fantasticit was roomy for two couples and had a really great living space. it was well equipped. it was super convenient with our dog and had a great spot for him. there were fun games, puzzles and movies.
  : the living area couches and chairs were really hard in your back as they are futons with no back support. at the very least, lots of pillows to put behind your back should be available.

  : Location, walking distance to the beach, 1/2 mile from downtown, large living room, excellent water pressure and temperature
  : Bathrooms are very basic (one of them is also the laundry room), windows not cleaned, windows not well installed meaning hard to open and to close, Section 8 style blinds, "airplane quality knives" (impossible to cut anything but owner provided a set next day, some indoor lights did not work, cheapest looking home of the whole development.
