  : The staff was friendly and always available, the hotel is not to bad but everything is quite old.. the masseuses were really nice and good at their job.
  : Impossible to close the bathroom door, only if we lock it. There was mold in the shower and the bathroom wooden door was rot on the bottom. Impossible to change the temperature of the water under the shower, it was to hot for me. Breakfast was included in the price we paid for the room, however when we asked for a coffee with milk the waiter told us that only Serbian black coffee is included and a coffee with milk is charged separately!!! This is just ridiculous!! We took a couple of massages, which were good but it was to noisy, we could hear all the noise from the swimming pull, on the radio was loud Serbian music so the ambiance was not really relaxing. The food was also not really good (soups and salads are good but the rest is not great), a couple of dishes were not available. There is also flyers and posters about all kinds of beauty salon services (hairdresser, manicure, pedicure) but none of it is available, only massages. Maybe it was just temporary but still...It was really to expensive for what it is.

  : location was great.
  : room was dated, mini fridge was much to small to hold litre sized water bottles. Water temp was luke warm, no cold water to refresh in hot weather, outdoor pool temp was to warm at 34C, not very refreshing on hot day. Hotel pool exclusive to guests for first 2 hours in the morning, then open to public for rest of day.

  : IT is a very comfotable spa hotel where you can have a room and big pools in the same building.
  : This hotel has a great openspace restoran, but the closespace restoran could have a better ventilation in the cold period of time.
