  : The location and the peace and the helpfullness of the janitor/owner? We arrived late and the directions he gave us of how to get there were very good.
  : It was very basic, with only hard chairs to sit on.Lack of useful furniture in the bedroom apart from some shelves. Booking.com wrote in the description that all taxes and charges were in the price, which was not the case. The Kurtax was extra.

  : The room was NOT cleaned before us. The sheets on the bed were still there from the previous guests' stay. When we asked for at least new, clean sheets, we were given them but we had to change them. The bathroom was disguisting. It was an absolute waste of money. I wouldn't stay there again even if someone would pay me to.
