  : - The house was very dirty! E.g. spiderwebs were found in every room. We found left food in the playing room. And a lot of furniture was damaged or walls (like in the bath) were broken. - The appliances were very dirty. Especially the oven has to be mentioned here! It was very disgusting inside. - The dishwasher didn't work. It was repaired but went damaged again. - The exhaust hood couldn't be swiched off and the plate in the microwave didn't move. - The waste lids were both damaged. - Most of the sand toys were broken and are dangerous for children, because of the sharp edges. - There was mold at the seiling in the bedroom which is dangerous for health for everyone! - There is a problem with rats! Besides the traps which can be found outside nearly everywhere (which is very dangerous for children!!!) you could here animals (most probably mice or rats on the attic) running and nibbling!
