WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 4 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 3 years old to 4 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed.
Children from 5 years old to 12 years old stay for € 35 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
People 13 years old and over stay for € 45 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please note that children under 16 years old are alloed in Spa, when accompanied by an adult.

Please note that the use of a swimming cap is mandatory. Guests can bring their own or purchase one on site.

Please note that the outdoor pool is closed between the 15th of September and the 15th of May.

Access to the relaxation area, the water cascade pool, sauna and hammam is free of charge for guests.

Please note that half board option does not include drinks.

Please note that the Hotel provides transfer between the Sá Carneiro Airport - Porto to the Hotel upon request.

Any addition of extra beds, or cribs is available upon request and approval by the property.

These additional requests will not be included in the full price of the reservation, they will be charged separately anytime during your stay.
