  : Secure parking. Good access to train for Palermo.
  : Noise levels- general sound proofing was negligible. Room clean, but like a large bed sit. Not pleasant place to stay except to sleep. Powerful smell of air fresheners. Only one window looking at blank wall 2 metres away.

  : Nice comfortable room on a quiet street. Room was nice and comfortable and bathroom appeared to be newly renovated. Breakfast had a lot of choice and the coffee was very good. Parking here was great. Private and gated and you are only a short walk to take the train into Palermo. We chose this place because of the access to Palermo but there are actually huge villas here that you can tour so it could be a destination in its own. We found some good restaurants nearby.
  : There was no hot water the first night or the next morning. But there was hot water the second morning. They say that they use a solar heater! But I think due to scarcity of guests (off season)they forgot to turn on the heater.

  : The parking was fine. Breakfast was good. The bed was a bit of a problem with the base being larger than the mattress so we kept hitting our shins as we passed it. The light by the bed didn't work very well.

  : Door lock is not working properly. Loads of little comformities are lacking like more hooks for towels and jackets. There is no shower doors nor curtains so water is spraying all over the bathroom. Watch your steps hah
