  : The hotel itself (facilities) was very nice and the wellness area was nice and clean.
  : Most of the staff did not speak German and only a few staff members spoke (poor) English. The staff is very unexperienced and has no customer focus whatsoever. The service is therefore really bad and simply careless. Its mostly volunteers working there that are annoyed to having to serve guests. Also already the appearance.. Rude staff working in dirty sweat pants and having private conversations when working customer facing is simply a no go! Very unfortunate Business Model if it turns into carelessness of the staff! That is very noticeable in the lack of service at this hotel.

  : A historic building that still has a lot of old time charm left. Location would be great in the summer (close to the waterfall) but for skiers the long and steep walk up to the lift is a burden. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.
  : In many places the old building has been tastelessly "modernised" e.g. the lovely old wood panels have been painted pink or lime green or tacky pictures were hung or painted on walls creating very cheap atmosphere... Not very clean, I don't think the carpets have been vacuumed in weeks, in our room or in common areas. There were dust balls under the bed and sticky stains on windowsill. There were no fridge or glasses in the room and no place to dry our skiing clothes. The pool area was under construction and out of service during our stay, no refund or explanation was offered. In the sauna area only one of the showers was working. Some of the staff were friendly, some of them were rude, but all seemed to be quite unexperienced and not very helpful. The breakfast was ok, but even at 8.30 (breakfast time was 7.30-10.30) a lot of the things were gone and plates were empty (no coffee, no yoghurt, no buns, no honey, no jam, no scrambled eggs..) and you had to look for the personnel and ask them to come and refill. The tables were full of empty used dishes since the personnel didn't have time to clean up. Before our stay I received absolutely no answers to any of my questions. Instead I received a bunch of long standard e-mails and an order to load a mandatory Selina App, which was time consuming and annoying. And useless, since loading the app is in no way mandatory.

  : the location is great. the bar was fun. good they have sauna and pool included into the pricing. breakfast is ok, they have several kinds of milk: cow, almond, coconut
  : they dont have either glasses or cups in rooms. there is no kettle and minibar (at least empty). the room was not clean, there was a spider living with us. I got a piece of some stuff into the foot (glass I suppose). scramble and bacon was not tasty. Receptionist doesnt know anything (the time of work of the pool. she said it closed at 20-00 but it wasnt true- it worked till 22-00. so, we missed one day if swimming die to late check in). same she didnt know about time of welcome drinks. and said different time to our friends and us. also, wind was blowing through the old windows.
