  : Excellent location! Right in front from one of the thermal bath and three minutes walk from the other. Full of restaurants around and very friendly personal.
  : There is no reception after 17:00 in the hotel. You have to pick the keys up in another hotel.

  : Very close to both Caracalla and Friedrichabad as well as city center. Clean and comfortable bed.
  : There was no WiFi connection on th 4th floor. There is no person in charge at the reception after 17.00

  : The breakfast was fine for me but others were frustrated that there were no Brtchen, cheese, yogurt, etc. left at 10:30. There were still sweet croissants, juice, and exactly one portion of fruit left at that time. Recommend going earlier.
  : There was no one manning reception the whole time I was there. When I arrived, I had to walk a few blocks in the rain to a restaurant to get the keys. Why couldn't they just send instructions before my arrival? Then I couldn't find the wifi anywhere. The phone to call for assistance was not working. Since my phone was coincidentally broken, other guests had to call the restaurant to send someone. Then someone came to print out a limited time code. A note to management: if you can't afford to hire someone to stay at the desk, then the wifi should be accessible to guests without asking! I missed out on the spa because of this chaos hotel :/

  : Very well located. Nice building and staff. Good breakfast.
  : Very loud!!! You can hear everything from the hall and other guests. Unluckily there were a couple of disrespectful guests that were parting and being super loud until pretty late. There is no hotel staff at night, so no one to complain to.
