: The location along the street may be slightly difficult to locate. But the host was standing nearby the apartment and recognized us (as guests) and waved us in. She was friendly and helpful and even got a bag of candies for my kid. The apart was well stocked and everything was working as expected. Perfect for a family of three !

: The window shutter let the room perfectly dark in themorning. the city center is closeyou can park your car in a private parking
: Main bad point is the cleaning: you pay 30 for it when booking the place but when you see the dirt and the dust, the host is making a good benefit on it. You end if wondering anything you touch is clean. We also found a couple of dead insects. The apartment is full of fake flowers and there are many carpets on the floor covered with dust. The host do not speak English and someone was translating for her. She also used a lot Google translateaudio (not always very clear). The fact we arrived 10 minutes before the time initially planned seemed to incommoded the host (hearing : you said you would arrive at 18 when it is 17:50 and you just drove for 7 hours is not a good welcome). As mentioned by former guests, all the picture shown on booking are not taken at the apartment.

: the property was fine. the Booking posting however was misleading. the final amount to pay at the property was stated as 240 for 3 nights.However the owner added another 52.80 for cleaning and taxes. this amount was listed all the way at the bottom of the reservation and not as the final amount to pay at the property

: This is a very well located ground floor flat within 10-15 min walk from the centre via a nice and famous green park by the river. Same distance to supermarkets. So you can choose between fancy restaurants, and shops where normal people shop, which we liked. The apartments had everything we needed and compared to other places we have been it is spacious, with just the kitchen small. The landlady was lovely and happy to chat, and we appreciated that her son who really knows his IT was on hand and ensured all WiFi connections worked well. Lovely family - they made us welcome but then just gave us privacy. They don't live in the same house but we were able to contact them anytime.
: The site tells you, but remember to bring cash as that is how you pay here. There are two electric hobs in the kitchen - enough for pasta & sauce but don't plan anything too elaborate.
