  : Our stay at the hotel was affected by the unprofessional attitude of the reception manager, a situation further exacerbated by the hostile and deceptive emails sent to us by the hotel's owner and director following our complaint. In a bad turn of events, our invoice surpassed the initially projected and publicly posted rates presented on the hotel's website. This discrepancy remained unaddressed with no satisfactory explanation provided. Regrettably, the only reason given to us was linked to our booking being processed through booking.com a statement that booking.com promptly refuted, ultimately leaving us out of pocket to the tune of 87.90. Adding to our discomfort, our deluxe double rooms proved below standard, with no air conditioning on an especially hot night, all the more distressing with two young children in tow. When we voiced our concerns, the hotel's owner claimed that their reception staff had showed us several alternative rooms, some of which purportedly with air conditioning. This was a lie. For those contemplating a stay at this hotel, we suggest requesting an air-conditioned room to pre-empt the challenges we encountered. Following our complaint, the hotel's website was updated to incorporate details about air-conditioned rooms, a change we hope will spare others the discomfort we experienced. Furthermore, please ensure you aren't unexpectedly burdened by concealed additional charges. Finally, do not have any expectations regarding a customer-centric culture as senior staff lack humility, and the prospect of receiving an apology for any poor service will not be forthcoming.
