Policies

WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
People 4 years old and over stay for € 15 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please inform Haus Magdalene in advance if you expect to arrive after 20:30. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. The latest possible check-in is 22:30.

Although there is no front desk, a member of staff is always available in person or over the phone during check in and check out hours.

Please note that your credit card is only used to guarantee your booking and not as a method of payment. Payment is only possible directly at the property and in cash.
