When booking, your credit card will be authorised and checked. The total room price will be charged on arrival.

The reception is open from 08:00 until 18:00. Arrival after 18:00 is only possible by prior arrangement by telephone with the hotel. The credit card is then automatically charged.

Please note that family rooms and apartments are not cleaned daily. Fresh towels are available on request at reception between 08:00 and 18:00. There is no final cleaning charge.

Please note that for fire safety reasons, the kitchen can only be used for preparing warm meals for children or else warm snacks.
