: Excellent breakfast. When room service was needed, that was superb. Staff unfailingly cheerful and helpful. I enjoyed being so near the railway Water stayed in was basin! Small balcony excellent for drying my essential washing.
: Nowhere to write - small shelf opposite bed far too narrow Red standby light on TV directly in front of the bed. Had to be covered up before I could sleep. It was a huge disappointment that such a good Jugendstil/ art nouveau building had had almost all its internal features removed.

: Everything worked out just fine. Our room was spotless. The linens and towels were all top-notch. The room carpet was vacuumed daily. The breakfast was filling. Most importantly, the owners, provided personalized service, ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. My wife and I, we felt very much at home.
: It's a minor issue about the pillows being too soft for our test. I mentioned this to the owner during breakfast, and by dinner, the pillows have been replaced. Happy for this quick resolution of our concern.
