  : The room was comfortable and clean. Lighting is good and comfortable beds. Though the room was quiet in regard to keeping out noise from other guests in the hotel, it is located next to a busy street where traffic can be heard.
  : An open drink was left in the fridge from the guests before us. The windows were dirty on the outside. Breakfast could be a bit more intuitive. Arrangement of food didn't make sense. Instructions needed for coffee machine.

  : Room and forniture are nice. Position is good.
  : There is no receptionist so you can only call in case of issues. The password of the Wi-Fi was not written somewhere. We had only 1 bathrobe and they could not provide the second one. Breakfast could be better. Hot water for tea was cold, orange juice machine not working (they said both temporary problem), no vegan milk options, no cappuccino available. Quality of the products medium. I feel that in general it does not feel like a boutique hotel and the price is not okay for the service provided.

  : - there is no one around to ask questions- in advance someone told me we could put our bikes in the cellar... where is the cellar? - we called the number at the front office 3 times to reach someone on Friday, let voice mails, no answer till Sunday (our departure) - the front office phone showed 29 ununswered phones calls...- what happens in a case of emergency?- there were messages on our phone in the room, when we arrived. We could not listen to them because the extension (normally the room number) did not work and there was no manual.

  : Nobody at reception all the time, there were no towels on the second day of our stay and because of lack of staff also not possible to ask for.

  : It so happened that we travelled from Austria to Switzerland and made a stop at Bad Ragaz. I told my family not to have any expectation at all. No parking onsite but there is a public parking near the hotel (No discount).
  : 1. If you need any help, sorry nobody will serve you (because there is nobody there). They will leave your room key in an envelop, anybody can pick it up. 2. A family room is on the 4th floor but the lift can go up to 3rd floor only. 3. Lift will go up one-way only. You need to carry your luggage back to the ground floor. 4. Certain lighting out-of-order (sorry but you have to accept it as there is no way you can communicate or make any complaint to the hotel). 5. We are a family with 4 people but only less than 1 roll (used) of toilet paper is left for us. Sorry but the hotel will still take your money. 6. At last, someone from the hotel showed up in the morning (breakfast time) but nothing she can help. 7. Tourism brings a good fortune to Switzerland's economy. This demonstrates what you can get at this price in Switzerland.
