  : The staff were wonderful. Breakfast good with plenty of choice and excellent quality ingredients including home made jam. We were given a small jar of homemade jam as a leaving gift which was a lovely personal touch.
  : The over head light was rather dim. Could do with more than two pillows on a double bed.

  : Close to bad nauheim bahnof, restaurants.
  : The room was too cold (even with high heater settings), tiny bath room, miniature elevator.

  : Staff so helpful; Heidi speaks good English and was able to accommodate all our unique needs, she even lent me a yoga mat which was great to stretch out my sore back! Breakfast seemed ample, mostly continental with boiled eggs and a good coffee machine! Room service is not offered as standard, but sometimes I needed breakfast in my room due to my health situation and the staff were accommodating with helping my mother to provide this and to contend with the doors etc ...
  : The doors were too heavy for me and my mother, we were feeling a little weak due to health situation and having treatment nearby! But they are fire doors, so its standard, and as I said the staff were always helpful when they were around. There was a little bit of road noise some mornings in my room (ground floor, no. 1) and I could hear people coming down to breakfast early, but overall I would say it was fairly quiet overnight, between 10:30 and 7:30 am especially so I feel confident that I could return and get a good nights sleep !
