  : Brilliant buffet breakfast. We were in room 14 which had brilliant double aspect views over the valley. The bed was very comfortable. Bad Munstereifel is a great location for exploring the Eifel region of Germany.
  : The decor is quite traditional in the hallways which I think some people find 'not up to date', but I was very happy with it. The room and the breakfast area are light and tastefully decorated.

  : Location was perfect, close to the centre, enough parking spots. Breakfast simple, but good. Staff was busy to renovate the hotel, which is good as this was really needed. If you like an authentic old hotel, this is perfect. If you like more comfort and what you expect from a 4 start hotel, don't go.
  : Tourist location, you would expect that at least 1 person speaks English. Mistake from Booking.com but hotel was unable to assist, no empathy. We paid extra for the nights as we really wanted to go. 4 star hotel, probably because of location, remaining not. Clean bed, but carpet in room smelled like a wet dog. Old bathroom, cracks in shower. Bed looks new, but you could clearly see that only the base was replaced, matrass was clearly used a lot. Old marks from bed are still on the walls.
