  : Very nice breakfast. Nice room. We booked a private sauna and hot tube at the basement of the Villa Libverda. I can recommend that. Hot tube and the sauna were very nice. The cooling bath which you could take after the sauna had a bit murky water. But it was nice for the money (20 eur). Very nice surroundings. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice hiking routes nearby.
  : We were there for two nights. I heard a guy from next room snoring and it spoiled my sleep somehow. But my girlfriend was not able to hear that so I guess only extra sensitive people might find that as an issue. The other night there were different guests and I did not hear anything.

  : Where do I start!The place is called Spa resort, but it turns out their capacity is not large enough and if you want to go to spa, you have to book a slot weeks in advance. This was not mentioned anywhere on Booking, so imagine my incredibly unpleasant surprise when, after a day of hard mountain biking, we check in, hoping to enjoy a much needed sauna or jacuzzi, and we're told, Sorry, it's all booked. We paid for something that we didn't get the chance to use at all. The breakfast was just okay, but even though some times finished at 8:30 (breakfast is until 10), they weren't replenished. Pillows were horrible, I don't imagine anyone can get a good night's sleep with those old things.Finally, in Booking it says that they speak English. Guess what, when we were checking in, they didn't. Czech or German, sorry.All in all, I don't believe I'll return.

  : All facilities are spread over the town, including the reception, restaurant for breakfast and swimming pool/spa. Highly inconvenient with bad weather, doesn't worth the price at all

  : The Villa was lovely as a building, our room was spacious and clean, the surrounding park is beautiful. We enjoyed the sauna and whirlpool in the basement- private and clean. The breakfast space is lovely as well.
  : Surprised we had to check in from another building. Reception didnt answer the phone several times, when we found the check in location it was thanks to other guests. Receptionist was not very friendly, we got very scares information about accommodation and found it impossible to receive information about the services and procedures. These should be offered instantly, yet, instead we found ourselves interrogating the clerk on each option and she seemed reluctant to answer. I was exhausted before we got much information, which is a shame, we heard very nice comments on the services. Unfortunately we had no opportunity to use them. The housekeeper found it suitable to come and clean while we were in the room. When we announced our presence, she simply said she wont have time to come later. I believe this is miss management, the lady is not to blame, yet I want to keep my privilege to sleep after 8 on my holiday. All in all lack of experience and care for the paying guests among the staff. No mistreatment whatsoever, but unfortunate waste of potential.
