: Friendly and helpful staff (owners:), perfectly equipped room with mountain view, we loved the terrace and cosiness of the whole Gasthaus. The best lift/elevator we have ever seen :-))
: We were missing a dish-drainer, but that`s a detail.. The stay of two days at this lovely place was really short, hopefully we`ll come again sometime :-)

: The property is directly at the main road, but, on the opposite side of it, so it's reasonably quiet even during daytime when it gets pretty busy with cars and bikes riding up the Grossglockner road, when the road closes, the village is very calm. There are a number of restaurants nearby, the hotel has a lot of information pamphlets available to plan your stay - from hard hiking, through driving/biking on the Grossglockner road (entry is 5 mins out) to enjoyable light trekking in the surrounding areas. Cleanliness is top notch, bathroom and lavatory were spotless, just like the bedroom and kitchen. There's a microwave, water kettle, hob, oven and a dishwasher. Balcony is facing a mountain to the side of a valley. There's an option to park a bicycle. There's a extra closet in the bedroom with a lot of storage space. Lift can be used to access the floor with the appartment. Parking is nearby, wifi is working reliably. Two TVs in the appartment.
: There's absolutely nothing that would be a downside.

: Very nice owners, family room for great price, sauna on the floor. Quiet place, bakery nearby, ski rental around the corner. Zell am See and Kaprun 15 minutes.
