WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 6 years old stay for € 6 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 7 years old to 10 years old stay for € 8 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 11 years old to 14 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that the road between Lech and Warth is closed in winter. The hotel can only be reached via Reutte (B198) or the Bregenz Forest (B200). Lech and St. Anton are not accessible from the hotel.

Please note that the distances to ski areas in Germany mentioned on the website at Property Surroundings are linear distances. Road distances are much longer.

Please note that the Lech am Arlberg Ski Area can be reach only via ski tracks, it is not accessible by car.

Please note that the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure.
