  : Behaviour of staff gatekeeper, very Racist , even after paying in advance we were told we didn't paid, had to wait at 30 mins at gate while entering at night.while wife and son were in car the guy abused my wife with very bad words. Not recommended for people with dark skin

  : During the whole stay, the staff was very rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. But the worst was when I came home on my second night and my house entry pass didn't work anymore. No staff was available on site and when I called the emergency number they did not pick up. Meaning I had to sleep outside for the whole night. The next morning when I was able to contact them, the staff member did not apologize, did not care and when I told him I paid for the room so I need access to the room he just told me "thank you for your money". I have never dealt with someone this disrespectful my entire life.

  : Absolutely rubbish payment systemPoor advicePoor communicationsPoor client supportPoor informationHow after over 10 emails at the very last moment we get a message in day of travel that the reception closes at 5pm.On booking.com it states it us open till 8pm.The coy says booking.com is to blame.Who is wrong?Payment via link on 2nd page in a pdf not explained till last moment.Access to the booking system would never work with my email.This problem told a week before and no help or advice given.Why did booking.com say all is good when clearly it wasn't.NOT HAPPY AT ALL.worst booking ever experienced.Absolutely needs to be sorted.Also damage to walls and wet damp smell when arrived.Reception not open until late morning, so no easy way to discuss issues.Had to phone numerous times to get a response.Absolute nightmare trying to resolve payment and get keys whilst travelling on ferry.Even had local friend try and he had problems.
