  : - Unfortunately we did not have the time to enjoy the wellness and sport facilities as we stayed here just for the night, but they seemed pretty nice at first glance. - Also, another nice perk was that the room was very big and it has its own sort of private garden shared with a few other rooms. - Parking is free and right in front of the hotel
  : - Reception: We had spoken with the hotel a few days before our arrival as I asked if they could kindly make an exception and let us check in at 13 instead of 14hrs as we had to attend a wedding at 14hrs (Saturday 9 September). They had called me back a few days before to confirm that we could check in at 13hrs. So far so good. We then arrive there around 13hrs and there was a lady at the desk who was so extremely unprofessional and rude. She basically tells us we can only check in at 14hrs and I tell her no that the hotel had already called me and confirmed we could check in earlier. She was mad and pissed and started complaining about us in Dutch with her colleague (I speak some Dutch so understood she was making fun of us), My boyfriend and I talk between each other and she teases us and imitates us and our language and then she had the guts to tell me to "chill out and be rustig" when I was actually really calm and just explaining to her we had agreed this with the hotel already. So then she logically thinks to go to the back and check with a colleague. Well guess what? She comes back and starts to be very nice and kind with us and hands us the key and lets us check in. - No minibar in the room - No hairdryer in the room, we had to ask for it - We cam back at 2am from the wedding and could not figure out how to get in. Main doors were locked and nobody had told us that the main reception would close and we would have to get in from the back. Luckily there were some guests on the balcony on the floor above who saw us desperate to try to get in and helped us and guided us to where we had to go

  : The hotel has a big free parking lot and is located not too far from the centre of Baarle (within walking distance). The breakfast is very good and the access to the sport facility is uncomparable.
  : The hotel is very outdated and the rooms and furniture all need to be upgraded.
