  : The location is great - a few metres from the Arcachon bay, and - as long as you have a car - within quick reach of the villages along this inner stretch of the bay. Lovely comfy beds and bedding, and great shower room. Very spacious and airy living area. Good having a key box - very convenient for arrival and departure. Aircon in living area and bedrooms - very much appreciated. Lovely big refrigerator and multi-functional oven, plus hob. It was great being able to park nearby.
  : Although there was a dishwasher, it was a bit inconvenient not having anywhere to drain things when washing up by hand. Also a couple more tea-towels and/or cloths to wipe surfaces in the kitchen and the dining table would have been very useful, but it wasn't that important.

  : We were within walking distance of the boating harbour, the beach, a couple of restaurants and a cafe where you can watch the comings and goings of the various boats.
  : The property advertises lovely views, however in the studio apartment, although there was a small terrace garden, there were no views. It was fine though!

  : We were greeted by Charlotte, who was very polite and helpful.We were given a free upgrade upon our arrival to a bigger apartment with a terrace and small private garden. The apartment was modern, welcoming and clean. We only stayed for one night but would gladly stay longer.

  : It is a very good property but nobody came to see us for 2 days and there is no guide to the function of the apartment
  : We were sent a number to call when we arrived. We rang 3 times and texted without a reply. We didn't know the number of the apartment or the key box code. Eventually we got through to the booking.com emergency number and they eventually got someone to contact us. at this time it was 20.45 and we had been waiting outside in our car since 19.00, both tired after a 3 hour journey and hungry. We were told our apartment number and the key box code. It turned out the key box code was incorrect. Once again we contacted them and got the correct key box code and entered the apartment at c 21.00 after 2 hours waiting. We got no apology but were promised a refund for that night which has yet to come. This is entirely unacceptable and my wife is still very upset.

  : Great location beside a pretty port and a couple of restaurants. 5 mins walk to a pretty beach. The apartment felt spacious and was clean and well equipped.
