: - great breakfast buffet with a wide range of different foods, very competent and friendly personnel that fulfilled all my wishes quickly and with a smile, beautiful room with balcony with a very modern bathroom and separate toilette. - EV charging possible!
: - 5 delivery fee for room service was charged on my final bill. No one informed me beforehand about these extra costs. Knowing beforehand would have been nice - sauna infusions were missing

: The staff is splendid!!! The food is delicious. And there are great pool options, warm or fresh water. Very clean. And many areas to relax. It was a great getaway
: 2 things were not great. One the fake rustic decoration of the hotel, for example the fireplace is just a light and sound, it's not real fire. The wood is fake so it has not the smell of the rustic style it seems.Second, I was "half" upset about the room, booked a suite and it was not as in the pictures at all. It was nice yes, but very different to what it is shown in Booking and I didn't like that. The sauna which was the reason I chose this option was just a light, it didn't make sauna at all. I was disappointed even when the room was nice.
