: The facilities were good along with the cleanness and the restaurant food. The swimming pool was also as expected at a good level.
: As we booked an apartment for our family comprised of 2 girls, 1 is 7 and a half and the other was only 2 months old when we stayed, we were expecting to find the right place to rest walk and enjoy the hotel amenities. Except the indoor facilities it is very difficult to walk around the hotel with a baby trolley since the alleys around are completely damaged the there is no ramp to facilitate the access. Moreover from a hotel with a review this high we were expecting to find local guidance for activites in Azuga. No recommendations whatsoever. The MAJOR issue we had was the room's climatisation. Upon our arrival we discussed the the hotel's reception representatives and told them that in the entire apartment the temperature is 28- 29.5 degrees Celsius and the air conditioning was not working. The window in the baby's dorm was not opening more that a few cm due to height hazard so fresh air could not enter the room. I will repeat the fact that we have a baby girl and the room temperature must be at a decent level. All our 3 nights stay were a nightmare with continuous swet and the baby cried permanently as we desperately tried to ventilate her. The hotel staff did not provide any alternatives, just saying that the system is working even though they checked the room and later confirmed our complaint. Finally they accepted that there is a malfunction but did nothing in this regard only saying that in a few days a team of repairmen will come from Cluj, days after our checkout. We are angry that the attitude of the hotel manager and other hotel staff aware of the situation was aggressive and ignorant. Even after seeiing for themselves a few times the attitude didn't change. Upon checkout we wrote a email to the hotel manager to detail our complains and we received a voucher for 1 night. We were not happy with his response and demanded a sincere apology and at least 2 nights to compensate partially for our discomfort.
