  : Lovely cottage with a beautiful garden on a delightful quiet lane, but only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Aylsham. Tasteful quality furnishings, comfortable bed and a very well equipped kitchen. A very thoughtful welcome pack including flowers and fizz made for a great start to our holiday. Friendly communication from the owner who is nearby if needed - we didn't need any help but I'm sure it would have been happily provided.
  : The lane is very narrow, if you are a nervous driver then you might not want to park there, but we did not have any problems and there is plenty of free parking on nearby streets if you prefer.

  : Great accommodation, some nice personal touches from the owners made us feel very welcome. A pleasant village with decent pubs and eateries.Handy location for exploring the local area and coast. Car needed.

  : it was a great locationa short walk into the town centre. very pretty garden too. Very comfy bedrooms and lots of treats including tea, coffee, shortbread, chocolates and a bottle of Prosecco. lovely
