  : The rooms were spacious and the location of the hotel was good with plenty of onsite parking.
  : The restaurant / bar was closed. The staff were helpful to a point but not friendly. No smiles.Throughout the day, there appeared to be a security personnel on duty but whenever I entered or exited the hotel, he was slouched across the settee playing with his mobile phone the entire time. No acknowledgement. On one occasion, due to a large group booking, the hotel decided to put fridges in the rooms. I was in my room getting changed and the manager knocked on my door to enter, and even though I said, in a raised voice, please don't enter, he did try to enter but luckily my door chain was on. He apologised and the reason he did not hear me ask him not to enter, is because he was chatting with someone outside my room and was no paying attention. I decided to vacate a few days early and was not offered a refund.

  : The manager informed me that the WHOLE hotel was being let out to Ukraine refugees on the eve of our stay. Totally support the Ukraines in these difficult times but they could have just let half the hotel out. He didn't even offer us alternative accommodation. He just cancelled our booking leaving us to source accommodation elsewhere!

  : The beds were very comfortable and the fan provided was welcome and effective. Bathroom clean with basic facilities. Staff - all two of them were friendly and helpful.
  : No restaurant facilities and work on the structure was still going on. No servicing of the room and replenishing of tea/coffee making essentials. Worn out carpet.
