Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please note that a premium all-inclusive package is also available and can be paid locally. Among others guests will benefit from stocked minibar, bathrobes and slippers in the room, use of Levels Beach Bar, use of 2 a la carte restaurants (min. 7-nights stay), champagne breakfast every Sunday, discounts on spa treatments, use of sauna and steam bath.
