  : There was some sort of construction going on nearby. the terrace was dirty, packed with cables on the ground, dirty socks on the tables. Why any accommodation would have a construction site in peak season is hard for me to comprehend.

  : The room is very spacoius and the classic design is a great adition. The bed was very comfortable.
  : Near the hotel there is an ongoing building site. There is a constant and annoying noise all day long from all the building equipment. They are building a very large pool with a beach club there, so if you want a quiet and relaxing space, maybe you should search something else.

  : There is a big construction site around the villa which makes the entire place look very unwelcoming. This is not mentioned anywhere in the description of the villa. The staff mentioned that I should have received an email where this would be mentioned after booking. I havent received such email, but even if I would have, I believe customers should know this before booking, not after.You can hear loud noise from the construction works from early in the morning (8 am) until late afternoon (6-7pm). Our rooms were ready only at 5pm although we confirmed the reception that we would check in at 3.00 pm. ( which is the check in start time).We were offered a small discount to compensate for the trouble.

  : We loved the room it was gorgeous. We got upgraded from the pool house area. The amenities in the room and bathroom were amazing. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner was beautiful.
  : The only concern in the room was the shower drain was too small so the floor flooded with water quickly. The grounds around where we stayed were disappointing. It seemed like they had been neglected. The fake green grass around the exterior of room was odd. The check in reception was hard to find. The palace museum was disappointing besides the Saxon exhibit. We thought we were getting a tour a of beautiful palace. We felt like the pictures were amazing but being there did not do it justice.

  : When we arrived the told us they have an upgrade for us, only because the room weve booked wasnt ready at 4 pm. Anyway, this upgrade was actually a downgrade.At night, the restaurant staff and their outside friends gathered at our window after the closing ours and made a lot of noise, even after we complained about this issue, for at least one more our. They seemed to give a damn on clients. At the pool was dirt after a party probably and we saw men underpants thrown by the pool. Also sorry to find that on that beautiful old garden by the benches were piles of sunflower seeds So, certainly we never return again.

  : Absolutely unacceptable service in restaurant, it seems to get your dinner you have to order it during the breakfast... We were waiting almost an hour for cup of coffee with milk, then other 40 minutes for milk (because they brought coffee without milk). story about main course and dessert was even longer
