  : After checking into the hotel eventually we got into our room which was late. The room look clean just walking into the room but when I pulled down the sheets, that is when I notice the sheets were dirty with something on it. Than I started to really look around and notice how the house keeping failed to many things. Also being in a smoke-free room why is there cigarette burns on the furniture? I did take several pictures of the room. I pack up my stuff went to the front desk to address my concerns. When I told her about the cigaretts burns on the furniture she did not act surprised. As this is a smoke-free room and told her about the dirty sheets as well. All she said was sorry as I was not offer another room so I had to check out which I was not even there and frustrated of money lost of $143.00. I did call Corporate on the matter and waiting tohear back.
