  : The location was good.
  : The owner was rude with no empathy and understanding. She accused us for the electricity failure which was not our fault. The host accused us for putting too much water in the boiler which was NOT connected to the power outlet. In her defense she said it was our fault and we caused a big problem although the electricity problem was at an other power outlet we didnt used or touched. She could simply solved the problem by immediately helping us but instead she started an useless argument. When she was done not solving the problem she left us with no electricity for the fridge, this leaded us to save our food at the neighbors. We tried to call her but she didnt answer the phone and later when she came we were sitting outside and she didnt even asked us if everything was OK. Eventually the NEXT day she solved the problem with a lot of irritations. Im looking forward to her respond where she will put the blame on us.

  : Self catering. Parking on site very secure and shaddy. Easy walk into the centre of Avignon. The main room was fine with a good bed, nice marble table, air conditioning.
  : The bathroom and kitchen areas are very old although there is everything you need (except toilet paper!). There's a big diference between shabby chic and shabby. The toilet brush was disgusting! The wifi does not work. We were plagued by mosquitos in spite of buying and using a spray. Considering the Covid pandemic the place was not very clean.
